  Legitimately the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Disorganized, inflexible, rude, terrible at communicating, provide contradictory information and are completely unapologetic...issues with direct debit...poorly finished units...elevator has been down for several days every month I have lived there...takes ages (sometimes weeks) to get anything done and you have to hound them. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

  This company stole from me and my wife. They took monthly rent that was $250 higher than the lease. We had to call them several times to fix it and on several months. This company also changed our locks without notifying us and we had to wait outside our apartment for someone to come fix it. Run for the hills, its not a place to rent from.

  I agree to k.k... i stayed at Marquis apartments as a guest and we had an emergency and the lady was very rude and didnt help at all...she didnt even apologize for her behaviour or the situation..
