  Not sure how but this place manages to get worse every time you walk through the door. You have two choices get zero service or rude service like you are somehow disturbing their day. This place used to be good now it is not. It would be zero stars if I could...........

  This business has gone so downhill. The customer service is slow, the clerks attitudes are unfriendly, they grudgingly do a little extra to find what you need. This kind of problem stems from poor management and it trickles down to unhappy employees who create unhappy customers. How we miss the old owners.......

  Absolutely disgusted by service desk. I am disabled and use a cane and employee D. J., clearly could discern my extra need. However, upon asking for help, I could see that she was not happy about having to pack a couple of 20 kg bags (which could easily be placed in a cart) but she chose to carry by hand. Further, it was disgusting to be served by her because she was eating a bunch of steamed broccoli which stunk to high heaven and there she is doing the cash work whilst chowing down on steamed broccoli and dip. I have encountered this employee in the past and she always has the same mean and dismissive attitude. All I can figure is that she must be related to the owner or has something on them because no employer in their right mind would ever place such a person in service position and furthermore, she is the first presentation that Noble has for the public: just bad in every way. We will plan on shopping online or buying elsewhere because this was the final straw.
